TeraTask ("we", "our", or "us") is a field operations management application developed by PT Teralintas Nusantara. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application.

• Company administrators — for operational management and reporting
• Firebase (Google) — for push notification delivery via FCM
• Hosting infrastructure — our servers store your data securely

4. Location Data

TeraTask requests access to your device's precise location exclusively during attendance check-in and check-out. Location data is used only to verify that you are within an authorized work area. We do not track your location continuously or in the background.

5. Photos and Camera

The app may request camera or photo library access to allow you to upload a profile photo, capture attendance selfies, or attach photos to tasks and reports. Photos are stored on our secure servers and are only accessible to authorized personnel within your organization.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services. Attendance records, task logs, and related operational data may be retained for up to 5 years for compliance and auditing purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure JWT-based authentication, and access controls to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

8. Children's Privacy

TeraTask is intended for use by employees aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data collection where applicable
